Developed a chartering strategy for a multi- disciplinary Research Vessel by conducting a comprehensive market research study. We identified potential customers, third-party charter likelihood and sustainability, established Charterer relationships, and gathered feedback on vessel specification and type of scientific equipment to have onboard. A utilization model was created for different seasons, areas of operation, and survey types.
